Mushroom Coffee
We’re excited to share a fresh update with you—our mushroom coffee just got even better. We’ve sourced a new coffee that is certified organic, certified mold-free, single-origin, and locally roasted right here in Nashville, TN.
It’s the same nourishing mushroom blend you love, now paired with a coffee we’re proud to drink in our own home—rich with notes of honey, dark chocolate, and strawberry.
A Note on Function & Flavor
Our mushroom coffee is thoughtfully formulated to offer both flavor and functional benefits. While it does not deliver the same concentration of bioactive compounds as a full-spectrum extract, it provides a gentle, effective introduction to the wellness-supporting properties of functional mushrooms.
During the brewing process, the mushrooms undergo a short hot water extraction—similar to traditional mushroom teas—which allows for the release of water-soluble compounds such as beta-glucans and polysaccharides. These compounds are known to support cognitive function, immune health, and overall vitality.
In addition to its functional properties, the inclusion of mushrooms contributes a naturally earthy, umami-rich complexity that complements the tasting notes of our organic, locally roasted, single-origin coffee. The result is a smooth, balanced cup that supports both mind and body—without sacrificing flavor.
The Farm: Las Diosas
More Than Coffee — A Story of Soil, Sisterhood, and Strength
This beautiful light roast comes from Las Diosas (“The Goddesses”), a women-run cooperative in northern Nicaragua. Grown at elevations between 3,280 and 3,937 feet, this coffee is rooted in more than rich volcanic soil—it is part of a powerful movement.
La Central Cooperativa Las Diosas is a network of community-based farms owned and operated entirely by women. These farmers aren’t just cultivating exceptional coffee—they’re nurturing social change, practicing regenerative agriculture, and leading with a deep commitment to gender equity, sustainability, and community empowerment.
We’re honored to source from Las Diosas and even more proud to share their work through this cup.
Tasting notes: Honey, dark chocolate, and a hint of strawberry in a full-bodied, balanced brew.
